Polyurea Floor Systems

The Polyurea Floor System are for those who want the highest quality garage floor coating on the market. The floor system will enhance the look and feel of any space. Garage floors must be installed correctly for proper adhesion. Our polyurea floor system is installed in 1 or 2 days. The Polyurea floor system we install is a 5 layer system. We repair all cracks, surface imperfections and degrease oil spots. We follow this up by a diamond floor grinding machine to open up the pores in the concrete. Then we roll on the first coat of the pigmented polyurea.

The polyurea system has a very fast cured time which allows us to apply a 2nd coat of our pigmented polyurea and chip it at that point. We then blow the excess chips off floor and then scrape the floor laying chips flat. We then seal the colored flakes with a water base clear coat to help lay chips flat and lock them in place. The final coat is a clear UV protected polyurea with high gloss.

Day 2 of Installation (if needed):

• Roll out clear water base coat to lock colored flakes in place
• Roll out clear Polyurea for final coat
